I think it's really important that women have realistic expectations about their body. Everyone has a different body shape and size genetically and appreciating and accepting this is the first and most essential point when starting your health & fitness journey.
 
My body profile (as of 24 November 2016) looks like this:

Build:
Small, athletic

Good points:
Blessed with a good booty, easily gain muscle definition, overall well-proportioned

Not-so-good points:
Easily gain fat, I had to sacrifice much 'up-top' when I got the good booty haha!
